It is illustrated throughout with drawings of Disney cartoon characters.

All sorts of topics are covered, including costumes, court appearances on company matters, employee status classifications, identification, costumes, educational reimbursement plan, vacations, the Disneyland Look, and taboos (13 items are listed). It closes with an inspirational Walt Disney quote on "the secrets of making dreams come true."
